I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about working with adolescents, adults, families, and couples in the community. My educational background includes obtaining a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of San Diego along with a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California. Since graduating in 2015, I have worked for non profit organizations both in the clinic and home setting, in the public high school setting, and in private practice. I have 9 years of experience helping adolescents and adults navigate mental health difficulties and have also provided a lot of parents with therapeutic support around ways they could build stronger and healthier connections with their children. 

Along with providing therapy to individuals and families, I also spent four years working as a Matchmaker and Date coach for e-harmony and Master Matchmakers. This led me to develop a deeper understanding of what makes couples connect and develop long term healthy relationships. From this experience I developed a strong passion and commitment to helping couples at all stages of their relationship and individuals struggling to find a partner.
